Roll It Babeh

Let's talk about pain for a while shall we. If you are wondering what that roller-pin look alike thingy is, thats my ITB home made roller. If you like sports and don't know which part of your leg muscles are the ITB, do a quick google. Understand the importance of your ITB and keeping it in check always.

I love my roller. And i love pain too. Yeah sounds sadist I know. It's the left.over insert of plastic wraps. Wraps used to protect your furniture when moving them. It is extremely hard so it suits me well. You can actually buy foam rollers to blend out your ITB but I prefer my home made one.

I recently took it out for a roll on my ITB. Nah, I don't have ITB issues thus far. Count me lucky stars but there's no harm rolling them ITBs once in a while.

Rolled them slowly while putting my body weight on the roller.

Painful. Means me ITB is stiff as as log.

More rolling slowly from my thigh to the knee caps. More pain.

Errmm loved the pain though. Not sure why. Rasa sedap pulok.

So more rolling for the next 10 minutes or so until I nearly yelled out unable to contain the pain.

But it felt pleasureable though lol.

Pain was near the upper thigh part. Still hurts the day after.

But if that is why it takes to keep my ITB in check, bring it on then. Perhaps the same inflicting pain every two weeks or so.

Ok, so have you rolled lately?
